How To: Maintenance Organization Program Request

A MOP is used if your events is in need of tables, chairs or staging.

Step 1

Visit the Sacred Heart University main page and scroll all the way to bottom where the “Popular Pages” are listed:

Click the “Campus Ops/MOP” link, ­this will open up the Campus Operations Page.

Step 3

Scroll down to the “Submit a MOP Request,” click the “Work Request (MOP) link. This will open up the Request form in a separate window. 

Step 4

Fill out the form. Be sure to, in the “Work Description” to write what day, time and location you are having your event, and how many tables/chairs, etc. you are requesting. 

Step 5

Hit “Save Record” at the bottom of the page and you will see a confirmation code appear as well as an email will be sent to your Sacred Heart account.
