    • Southwest Connecticut Agency on Aging: Heart & Soul. Awarded $16,800 (FY 2010-2011) to provide health screening, assessment, education and nutrition to hard to reach elderly Latino populations in Bridgeport under the CHP/ Center for Community Health &Wellness Center in collaboration with Optimus Inc.
