Designed to support students with varied backgrounds and interests, this program offers you a choice of several options—allowing you to match your schedule with your academic and professional goals. At Sacred Heart University, you can choose from three options:

Accelerated B.S. to M.S. Program

There is a B.S./M.S. (4+1 degree) for undergraduate students who wish to obtain their master’s degree in one year (Thesis track only). In this program, you will obtain a M.S. in chemistry in one year. Undergraduate students apply at the beginning of junior year and will be accepted and admitted into the program no later than the second semester of their junior year.

Part-time & evening graduate classes for working professionals

This program will accommodate the busy schedules of working professional by offering part-time and evening classes. Thesis and non-thesis tracks available.
