Monika and Evzen Kocendova Exhibit and Reception

Monika Kocendova is a graduate of the School of Applied Arts in Prague. She initially worked in television cartoon production and later established a successful ceramics studio. Monika is currently a student in the English Language Institute of the Sacred Heart University. Her award-winning pastels and watercolors exhibit full-bodied color combinations as well as the invisible vibrations of nature.

Monika is the wife of  Evzen Kocenda, a Professor of Economics at Charles University in Prague, a prolific scholar with an international reputation and ranking, and currently a Fulbright Scholar at the Welch College of Business, Department of Economics and Finance. 

Together the Kocendas have created Evzen’s latest publication. He creating the text, she the photography featured throughout the book.
