Sacred Heart University’s Division of Marketing & Communications is responsible for promoting the University and its faculty, students, programs and policies both internally and externally. The team handles University
branding initiatives, marketing special
events and programs, enrollment marketing, public relations,
media relations,
web content, social media, event planning and more. Responsibilities of the
Marketing & Communications team include:
- Communicating news both internally and externally through intranet articles, magazine pieces, press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, op-eds and other materials.
- Responding to media inquiries.
- Coordinating press interviews.
- Producing print materials, such as newsletters, brochures or posters.
- Developing and updating websites.
- Planning events.
