Who are we? Students, like you. We eat. We sleep (sometimes). We study. We spend too much time on Facebook. We have a good time. We’ve also got the facts about drinking, dealing with stress, sexual health, nutrition and exercise, and tobacco use on campus.
A new year and a new semester has begun! Here are some ideas to help you keep those New Year’s Resolutions:
- Looking to quit smoking or dipping this year? Big decision, big challenge. We can help you make 2010 a tobacco-free year! We’re offering a FREE Smoke-stoppers program with professional quitting gurus from St. Vincent’s Hospital right here on campus. If you want in, email Cheryl at the Wellness Center at carlsonc@sacredheart.edu and let her know if you want to quit smoking or dipping.
- Looking to get fit and eat better? Keep on the lookout for our s.w.e.e.t. peer educators in the cafeteria and the Pitt Center this semester. We’ll “rate your plate” and give you some ideas about how to start an effective work out routine. Details coming soon!
