The mission of the Sacred Heart English Language Institute is to provide excellent instruction in English as a Second Language (ESL) and orientation in US culture to all students who are non-native speakers of English, to help them achieve their personal, academic and professional goals, while recognizing the students’ individualized educational need and cultural backgrounds.
