FAVORITE COURSES
I loved my freshman English class. That professor made the class really engaging. We read some of the classics, then analyzed them and did a lot of writing. I also love the genetics class I'm taking right now. Its challenging, but I enjoy seeing the way genes work to help make us who we are.
PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I was really proud when I became a drum major for the marching band sophomore year. I felt like I was stepping into big shoes. It was a lot of responsibility trying to lead juniors and seniors, because it was up to me to keep everyone on the beat. But I've loved every minute.
BIGGEST SURPRISE
The people at Sacred Heart always surprise me. Everyone here is very open and welcoming to new people. I felt that from my first day on campus.
WHAT'S NEXT
After graduation, I plan to work for a while before I go on to graduate school to become a physician's assistant. I also
hope to keep playing music, maybe by joining one of the drum corps in Connecticut. My whole family has always been involved in music, and I definitely want to follow that tradition.
