Faculty/Instructor:  Dr. Rawlin A. Fairbaugh is a professor and consultant with over 35 years of experience in the areas of management, leadership, organizational behavior, marketing and finance. During a 30-year career with Pitney-Bowes, Inc. he rose from a financial trainee through property management, sales management, administrative management, and product development to Corporate Treasurer, and Product Service Vice President.

In addition to his business experience, Dr. Fairbaugh has over 25 years of experience teaching college at the graduate and undergraduate levels as an Adjunct Professor of Business and as a full time Associate Professor of Business and Director of the Graduate Business Program.
