Steven Ruhl has been appointed Municipal Historian for the town of Beacon Falls, CT. Ruhl is currently an eighth-grade history teacher at Long River Middle School in Prospect, CT.
2001
Cindy Smith has been selected as the 2011 Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) Elementary School Assistant Principal of the Year. Cindy is the assistant principal at Nayaug Elementary School in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
2002
Carlos Aldave has been named the new principal of Seymour Middle School in Seymour, Connecticut. Carlos previously worked as an Assistant Principal of a Hartford, Connecticut middle school.
Christopher Cipriano has been named Principal of Notre Dame Catholic High School in Fairfield, Connecticut where he was previously the assistant principal. He was honored with an Outstanding Research in Education award in 2007.
Doreen O'Leary has been named the Assistant Principal of Hurlbutt Elementary School in Weston, Connecticut.
2004
Steven Gottlieb has been named principal of Torrington Middle School in Torrington, Connecticut. He has been an administrator in Torrington for the last three years and recently served as the Assistant Principal at the Middle School.
Jennifer Shea was named 2010 Teacher of the Year for Derby High School. Jennifer is currently teaching biology.
Paula (Antunes) Teixeira was named as one of Trumbull, Connecticut's 2010 Teachers of the Year. Paula teaches Spanish at Madison Middle School.

Sarah Brouillier has been named Teacher of the Year in the Norwich, Connecticut school system. Sarah started teaching in Norwich in January 2006 in the Teacher Induction Program for new teachers and has been teaching first grade at Mahan School.

Diane Krivda has been named Assistant Principal at the Bethany Community School in Bethany, Connecticut.
Traci Mayette has been named Assistant Principal of the Middle School of Plainville, in Plainville Connecticut. She previously was a teacher and team leader in the West Hartford school system.

Heather Platt an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is the primary health care provider at the newly opened Community Health and Wellness Center satellite office in Winsted, Connecticut. Ms. Platt is board certified as both an adult nurse practitioner and diabetic educator.
2006
Victoria Reed has been named CEO of The James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg, KY. Reed previously served as COO and chief nurse at Morgan Hospital and Medical Center in Martinsville, IN. She also worked for Fishkill Ambulatory Surgery Center in Poughkeepsie, NY and held the director of nursing position for the Hamden Surgery Center in Hamden, CT.

Tony Grabiec is now co-owner of Wilton Physical Therapy in Wilton, Connecticut where he acts as the clinical director and still actively sees patients. He is a member of the New York Road Runners Club and Trifitness triathlon club.
2003
Antonio (Tony) Reale has been busy at his "dream job" as organizational physical therapist for the World Champion San Francisco Giants. He is based out of the team's Scottsdale, AZ training facility.

Kate Janczak is a Physical Therapist at Cioffredi & Associates in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Kate was mentioned in a People Magazine article and is involved in the rehabilitation of well-known injured snowboarder Kevin Pearce.
2009
Genelle Rougier has been selected for a residency in Louisiana State University's Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC) renowned wound care program. The residency at LSUHSC Shreveport is the first and only wound management residency in the country at this time and they only select one resident per calendar year.
