Graduates of the BA/BSPS Leadership Track will be well prepared to assume leadership roles within their profession and be well poised to assume roles as department heads, administrators, and supervisors of department personnel. It is unique in its distinct focus on students with established careers who need an interdisciplinary focus to enhance their management roles.
