1. On the Start Menu, select "Devices and Printers"
2. From the Devices and Printers window, select the "Add a Printer" button from
the top of the window.
3. Select the option for "Add a network, wireless, or Bluetooth printer".
4. The printer you want to select may show up in the middle of the list.
If not (and for this example we assume it won't), select "The printer
that I want isn't listed".
5. Select the option for "Select a shared printer by the name". Type \\shuprt1\
followed by the name of the printer you want to print to. The Printers located
on the print server should populate after you type the server name.
Then click Next button.
6. While the printer is installing, it may need to install a driver.
7. When the printer has been successfully added, you will see this windows.
Click Next, you will then be given the option to set the printer as default or
to print a test page. Click Finish to complete the installation process.
8. The printer will now be listed as a device on the "Devices and Printers" window.
You are now able to print!
