Dezroy Stewart, Visiting Assistant Professor - has over ten (10) years of managerial experience in Accounting and Finance. His experience covers diverse industries, financial products, tax compliance, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, accounting research, financial reporting and auditing.

 

Dezroy was an Audit Manager at Deloitte. He also was the Accounting Manager, overseeing $6 billion in assets, at General Electric’s (GE) - Energy Financial Services (EFS). This division focuses on energy assets from pipelines to wind mills. Mr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science (Bsc.), degree in Accounting with honors from the University of the West Indies. He completed his MBA in Finance at the University of Connecticut with a minor in International Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, (CPA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
