Dr. Kwamie Dunbar is the assistant professor of finance and former Director of Credit Risk Research at MasterCard Int'l. Dr. Dunbar earned a Ph.D. in financial economics from Fordham University, an MBA from Sacred Heart University, a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Fairfield University and his B.Sc. from the University of the West Indies.
His research interests are in derivatives and credit risk management, stochastic economic growth and dynamic optimization involving portfolio risk and returns.
