Welcome to the Employee Self-Service System! Now you will be able to go to one place for all your Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll information!!!
With this tool you will be able to:
o View your employee profile
o Change your address
o Add/Change Dependent Information (PLEASE Review/Update)
o Add/Change Emergency Contacts (PLEASE Review/Update)
o Change your Marital Status
o View your paychecks on-line
o Change your Direct Deposit information
o Change your Federal W4 information
o View/Change your Benefits Information
To access the Ceridian Employee Self-Service system, please use this web address: employeeselfservice.sacredheart.edu or if you are at work, you can just simply type in ‘ESS’ on the address bar.
USERNAME and PASSWORD
If you have never accessed self service, please contact the IT Call Center and log a ticket for a new login with Ceridian Self Service at 203.365.7575.
If you are having problem with your ESS login and you have tried 4 times and don’t log in successfully:
· Click on ‘Need a password reminder?’ prompt. If you had set up a reminder then a message above the login will display ‘The password reminder you supplied is …’ If you did not set up a reminder then,
· Click on ‘Forget My Password?’ and you will receive an email with a new temporary system generated password.
· If you still encounter trouble, your account may be locked out and your password will need to be reset. Please contact the IT Call Center and log a ticket for help with Ceridian Self Service at 203.365.7575 or contact Human Resources at 203.371.7919.
