This program is designed for those interested in further study in Educational Administration and Leadership and for maintaining administrative certification. It consists of an additional 15 credits beyond the Intermediate Administrator Certificate Program. Many students in this program continue on to doctoral studies.

Students are required to take a research course in preparation for the terminal research project.

The terminal requirement is a research course and the completion of a thesis on a topic approved by the academic advisor. Students work with a full time faculty member in both the development of the research proposal and the completion of the thesis.
