While hunger is an everyday issue for these families, the need is magnified during the traditional holiday season. Sacred Heart University has a goal of 200 turkeys to help feed these families. Please help by getting into the spirit of giving this holiday!
If you wish to make a monetary donation to buy turkeys (approximately $8-10 each) please bring cash or send a check to Dawn Doucette-Kaplan, Volunteer Program Office (next to the Faculty Lounge).
You can contact Dawn at 203-365-7622 or via email at
doucetted@sacredheart.edu. Please make the check out to “Sacred Heart University” and in the memo, write “St. Charles’ Food Drive.”
