STUDENT ACCIDENT & SICKNESS INSURANCE PLAN INFORMATION
Sacred Heart University requires that all full-time undergraduate students to have health insurance.  To ensure all full-time undergraduate students have health insurance coverage, all students are automatically enrolled in and billed for the Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan provided by Gallagher Koster.  All Graduate students, Graduate Assistants and Part-Time Undergraduate students need to apply for the insurance

To enroll in the University sponsored plan, visit https://www.gallagherkoster.com/SHU to complete the Annual Enrollment Form

If you currently have adequate health insurance and would like to waive this coverage, visit the Gallagher Koster website, create an account and then complete the online Annual Waiver form.  The Annual Waiver form must be completed by September 10.  If the Annual Waiver form is not submitted online by September 10, you will be enrolled in the University plan automatically and be required to pay the premium.
