LOGIN PROBLEMS WITH THE MOP SYSTEM
1. The MOPS system works with Internet Explorer, NOT with Mozilla, or Firefox web browsers at this time.
- Select the Start button in the lower left
- Select Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer
- VIEW EXAMPLE
2. Remove your link to the old MOPS site from your Favorites menu.
- In your Internet Explorer select the Favorites tab
- Scroll down to your link to the MOPS system
- Right click on it
- Select Delete

3. Clear your browser cache to take any old links out of your system.
- In your Internet Explorer select the Tools tab
- Select Internet Options (VIEW EXAMPLE)
- Find Browsing History and select Delete
- Choose Delete All and select Yes (VIEW EXAMPLE)
4. Go to the Campus Operations website first; DO NOT use your Favorites links
5. Type your Sacred Heart credentials with your normal Windows password
