Justin Stanley earned a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Clarinet Performance at the University of Michigan, a Master of Music at Yale University and a Bachelor of Music from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
He has performed at prestigious venues including the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, Chicago’s Symphony Center, Cleveland’s Severance Hall, and Detroit’s Orchestra Hall. Dr. Stanley taught undergraduate lessons at the University of Michigan and Yale University and private lessons at the Ann Arbor School for the Performing Arts.
He currently serves on faculty at the Music Conservatory of Westchester. His primary teachers have included David Shifrin, Daniel Gilbert, Richard Hawkins, and Fred Ormand.
