EMPLOYER GUIDELINES/POLICY
The Sacred Heart University Office of Career Development reserves the right to limit or deny any employer from campus visits, job postings and or sponsorship, should legal and ethical situations arise during their partnership with the Career Development office. The SHU Office of Career Development also reserves the right to deny employers from services if they require any investment by the student, use multi-level marketing plans as a means of developing business, or require the use of any other questionable business practices. Such determinations will be made at the sole discretion of the Office of Career Development

Employers recruiting for employment that is outside the USA…must support the equal employment opportunity (EEO) policy of the career services office. These employers are expected to advise the career services office staff as well as students about the realities of working in a particular country and of any cultural and foreign law differences.

Find out about the different recruiting options at Sacred Heart and learn how internships can be both a recruiting tool and solution for short term staffing needs. To post a job specifically for Sacred Heart students and alum, click here.
