How to perform a chest press

Notice how the arms haven't broken the 90* plane (see Fig. 1)

Breaking the 90* plane while performing a chest press places unnecessary stress on the anterior (front) of your shoulder (see Fig. 2) making the structures found there susceptible to injury.  *Note: keep those abs tight!
