Surviving Spring Break
What happens on Spring Break stays on Spring Break, right? Not always. Everyone wants to have a fun, memorable (in a good way) spring break, but stay safe too. We’ll play a rousing game of Spring Break Tic-Tac-Toe and cover info on alcohol poisoning, STD/STIs, drinking and driving, date rape drugs, keeping your friends safe, and general travel & road trip safety tips. Winners earn cool prizes!

Mending a broken heart? Looking for love in all the wrong places? Not sure if your bf/gf is the "one"? Come chat about relationships with your peers and Peer Eds. Determine what you are looking for in a mate and relationship. Talk about traits of good, not so good, and really, really bad relationships. You’ll leave with some tips to maintain a healthy relationship and resources on campus for help.

Ever walk through the Mahog during mid-terms? The stress levels are toxic! Come hear about why we’re all so burned out – and surprisingly, why some stress can be good for you. We point out some evil time stealers (your enemies!) that are common on campus, and cover signs that your stress level may be getting out of control. You'll leave armed with ideas on how to manage your precious time and the best ways to avoid a total stress meltdown.

If you choose to party, you want to have a good time, right? Trust us - DUI's, assaults, and alcohol poisonings are not a good time. Learn some ways to keep in the green zone if you or your friends choose to drink & learn what the real drinking norms are @ SHU. Snooki and Pauly D. hairdos completely optional.

We'll cover ways to...cope with homesickness, manage stress & time, navigate the social scene, and keep wellness a priority despite the many demands of college life.
