- New Revised Standard Version of the Bible– A searchable translation of the Bible, the most commonly used by mainline Protestant churches. The NRSV is critically translated from the original languages and uses inclusive language for references to humans.
- New American Bible – The official Roman Catholic translation of the Bible for the United States. Critically translated from the original languages.
- Bible Gateway – A searchable index of many evangelical editions of the Bible, including the King James Version. Note that several of these editions are not critically translated from the original languages; still, it can be useful to compare several translations at once.
- New Testament Gateway – A comprehensive gateway to scholarly information on the New Testament, textual criticism, and related topics
- BiblicalStudies.org.uk is a large collection of articles and bibliographies in four areas: Bible, theology, early church studies, and medieval church studies. The focus of many of the materials is in evangelical tradition, but the very scholarly side of that tradition, and the materials are not limited to that angle.
