Refund Policy

Included with your print quota is an additional 10% (or 20 black and white sheets) allowance in case a printer jams or misprints your paper. We are unable to refund your print quota for:

• misprints
• paper jams
• other mechanical or operational error caused by the printer.

We are also unable to refund your print quota if you believe someone else has printed something from your account because, as you know, it is your responsibility to:

• log off any public computer when you are done
• keep your password updated and safe

If you believe that the print accounting system has charged you in error, please contact Academic Computing by emailing us at !academic_computing@sacredheart.edu or by calling extension x7690 to file a report.
