Curling will be a NEW Club Sport here at Sacred Heart beginning in the 2008-2009 academic year.
Curling is an Olympic-style sport that can be described as shuffleboard on ice. Players form teams and they take turns to "curl" the stone into a target that is located on the other end of the playing area. Curling is played on a long narrow lane of ice and can be seen played internationally in the Winter Olympics.
