Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for yourself and the people you love. This 60 minute seminar will give you the motivation and strategies you need to stop smoking for good. Participants will be able to
- Understand the facts and myths about addiction.
- Review short and long-term benefits of quitting.
- Identify your smoking triggers and articulate your motivation to quit.
- Describe a three-step method for quitting.
- Learn strategies for coping with cravings and staying smoke-free.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the session and the teleconference information. Please note that registration is required for each participant.
Prior to the training:
- Register for the session as far in advance as possible.
- A confirmation email will be sent shortly after you register.
- A reminder email will be sent prior to the session. This will include a PDF of the materials for the session.
- Both emails will be sent to the email address you supplied during registration and will contain the information needed to join the session.
On the day of the training:
- Join the session 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

- Click "join now" to enter the session.
- Once you are in the meeting room, dial in to join the teleconference.
