Participation in the Health Insurance Program is mandatory for all Full-Time Undergraduate Students UNLESS you have proof of Insurance THEN you may waive out of the Program. Wavier deadline is September 09, 2011.

Student Health Insurance is optional for Part-Time Undergraduate Students and Graduate Students.  If you wish to enroll you must log in and officially enroll.  Cost for the 2011/2012 Academic Year is $377.00

If you wish to waive or officially enroll in the Health Insurance Program:

1. Go to https://www.gallagherkoster.com/SHU (will open June 15, 2011)
2. Click on Student/Parent Access
3. Click under Student Plans
4. Select Sacred Heart University
5. Login
6. Complete the information
7. Click submit
8. Be sure you print or save your confirmation page

Failure to waive out of the Health Insurance Program will result in automatic enrollment and an estimated cost of $377.00 for the Academic Year 2011 - 2012.
