SEE-IT-DO-IT MENU

Student: Festa and Kipperman
Mentor: Professor Fran Grodzinsky and Professor Keri Matthews
Major: Computer Science and Information Technology

The objective of the See-It-Do-It Menu (SiDi) is to serve as a permanent automated wait staff. Acting as a fixed structure to the table, it allows the user to physically touch the screen and select what the customer wants, when they want it and how they want it. The SiDi is made with Visual Basic .NET 2005 and Flash embedded in an HTML webpage, to make the menu user friendly. The SiDi will access a database using SQL server that will allow real time updates and will be able to connect to two other work stations; the table to the kitchen and wait staff.
