The Program is intended to cover 100% of the published tuition during each academic year provided the student is a full-time undergraduate in good academic standing and meets income requirements.   Students will be evaluated for traditional federal, state and university need and non-need based scholarship/grant funds.  The program funds will close the gap between traditional aid and full tuition. Outside scholarships, student loans and work-study will be available to assist covering the cost of room, board and books.
