NEW YORK TIMES RELIGION REPORTER LAURIE GOODSTEIN TO SPEAK AT SACRED HEART UNIVERSITY

WHO:

Sacred Heart University’s Core Curriculum will present Laurie Goodstein, religion reporter for The New York Times. Her stories bring life to how Americans live out their faith in an age of increasing religious diversity and conflict over the limits of religious expression. Goodstein joined The New York Times in 1997 after working at the Washington Post for eight years. 

WHAT:

“Religion Hiding in the Headlines: How Religion Shapes the News (and how the news sometimes fails to notice),” a lecture by Goodstein.

This event is open to the public and admission is free.
