HERSHER INSTITUTE PRESENTS “TRUTH & MORAL VALIDITY” LECTURE

Sacred Heart University’s Hersher Institute for Applied Ethics will present its spring lecture, “Truth and Moral Validity: On Habermas' Domesticated Pragmatism," on Wednesday, April 2nd, 3:30 p.m.

The lecture will be delivered by Stephen Levine, is a visiting research fellow at the New School for Social Research. He is the author of many articles on Pragmatism, Contemporary Pragmatism, and Critical Theory, as well as the editor of a special volume of "Philosophical Topics" on Pragmatism and Contemporary Philosophy.

Currently, he is writing a book on the history of Kantian Pragmatism.

The lecture will take place in the William H. Pitt Center Board Room.
