Our CMS offers a dynamic new photo gallery feature that allows one to post multiple photo galleries linked from one web page. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase a series of photo albums. To learn how to create a multiple gallery, follow these simple steps:
- First you must upload the web compressed pictures that you want to include in the galleries into the Synthenet system image tree.
- Create a New Page and in the General Tab, under Page Type, select "Multiple Galleries".
- Name the page title whatever you would like (i.e. Intramural Photo Galleries)
- Go to the Image Gallery tab (NOTE: In order to use the Multiple Gallery page type, you can not include any information on the content tab)
- Click the icon to Create an Image Group
- Name the Image Group (i.e. The Image Group should be named whatever you would like to call your first Image Gallery)
- Change the Max Image Width to 700
- Change the Max Image Height to 500
- Select Save Image Group
- Choose the Image(s) you want in this gallery from the Image Tree on the left hand side
- To add additional galleries, Choose the icon that says “Create Image Group”
- Name the Image Group (i.e. The Image Group should be named whatever you would like to call your second Image Gallery)
- Repeat steps for adding pictures the same as adding them to the first gallery
- In order to preview the gallery, you will need to first approve and save the page.
