The Department of Government and Politics presents "The Relationship Between the Courts, the Constitution and Public Policy" with Hon. Barry R. Schaller.
This event is open to students, faculty and staff.
Justice Barry R. Schaller was appointed to the Connecticut Supreme Court in August 2007. He has taught and lectured widely, regularly teaches courses on law, literature, and jurisprudence to state court judges. He also teaches on the adjunct clinical faculty of the Yale Law School and is an Associate Fellow at Branford College, Yale University. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Wesleyan University and Trinity College, where he teaches courses in Bioethics, Public Health law and ethics, bioterrorism, human research ethics, and the law. He has been a Visiting Lecturer at Yale University and a Guggenheim Fellow at the Yale Law School and an Adjunct Professor at Quinnipiac Law School. |
