The Factory at Sacred Heart University, located in the main academic building across from the dining hall, houses technical support services which is comprised of the Help Desk and Call Center.
The Help Desk is our on-site location where students, staff, and faculty can bring their laptops for technical support. The Call Center provides technical support by phone and can be reached at 203-365-7575 or toll free at 866-365-7575.
