The University is seeking an adjunct sociology instructor for Fall 2008 to teach SOCC103 Social Sciences: The Individual and Society. This is the sociology course in the University new Common Core. This course provides an opportunity for the successful applicant to design a course which addresses, from a sociological perspective the same questions raised in the other Common Core courses in History, English, Psychology, Political Science, Biology, Chemistry, and Religious Studies. Masters degree in sociology required, college teaching experience preferred.
