The John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track faculty opening in Business Law for Academic Year 2008-2009. An AACSB accredited school, the Welch College of Business offers five undergraduate degrees and an MBA. Classes are held in Fairfield and Stamford, CT as well as in Luxembourg. Faculty are expected to teach at both Connecticut sites and a normal assignment includes evening courses.The position requires a J.D. degree and evidence of successful law practice. Rank is open and commensurate with experience. Candidates with a strong commitment to teaching, relevant business experience and a demonstrated capability to produce scholarly work publishable in refereed journals are encouraged to apply.
