The Audio Visual Media Services Department provides the Sacred Heart community with audio, video and instructional media equipment. It is our goal to provide our faculty and students with a technology-based learning environment in the classroom. Many of our classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art instructional technology, such as LCD projectors and overhead projectors. Other equipment - for example, digital cameras and camcorders - is available by submitting a request to the AV Department.
Please note: This equipment is available on a first come-first served basis. Please be sure to submit your request at least 2 business days in advance.
You should know in advance how to operate the equipment that you requested. Our staff may not be available to assist you during your classroom hours. However, you are more than welcome to make an appointment with a member of our staff to learn how to operate the equipment prior to using it in a classroom environment.

Lecterns
Laptops can be plugged into the lecterns. Each lectern includes the following list of equipment:

- VCR/DVD Player
- Sound System
- A document camera *
* Please note: Not all lecterns include a document camera. If you require a document camera, please be sure to request it specifically. Please give your request to us at your earliest convenience.
