The Letter Shop produces the University's mass mailings. The Shop can utilize database lists to print letters and envelopes. Your materials can then be folded and inserted into envelopes. Upon completion of your mass mailing, Letter Shop employees will then transfer your job to the Mail Center for metering. The Letter Shop has equipment that produces mailings with automation discounts. Other services offered include:

• consulting in design of mail pieces
• maintaining mailing lists for departments
• tabbing, inkjet addressing and laser letter printing
