MAIL SERVICES
The Mail Center is the centralized receiving and dispatching location on campus for all US and interoffice mail. Services or materials offered by the Mail Center include but are not limited to:

  • consulting with departments in designing mail pieces
  • reduce postage costs and processing time between receiving and delivery
  • once-a-day pick-up and delivery of mail for University departments and resident students
  • processing all incoming and outgoing mail for the University
  • coordinating bulk mailing (third class) with departments to meet their mailing needs
  • maintaining an incoming parcel tracking system
  • metering of outgoing mail
  • delivery of parcels and shipping supplies throughout the campus
