Paddy Jarit, MS, PT, SCS, ATC, is the President and co-owner of Sports and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy by Paddy Jarit and Physical Therapy for Women, P.C. in Fairfield and Trumbull, CT. Bringing the highest level of athletic and orthopaedic rehabilitation skills to Fairfield County is Paddy’s primary goal.
Paddy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia and his Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and a Certified Athletic Trainer. Paddy’s wide array of experience includes working with U.S. National and Olympic Festival Teams, the National Hockey League (NHL Mighty Ducks of Anaheim), the National Basketball Association (NBA Indiana Pacers), Major League Baseball (Cleveland Indians), as well as a multitude of National Football League, and NCAA athletes.
As adjunct faculty at Sacred Heart University, Paddy keeps current with the ever-changing science of physical therapy. Paddy also lectures nationally on shoulder and groin injuries as well as other sports injury related topics. Paddy’s approach is one that is driven by his passion to provide the individual patient with one-on-one care. His goal is to get his patient back to doing their sport, hobby or vocation as soon as possible.
