So many people get frustrated when they try to change too much at once or embark on the wrong path, only to get frustrated with their lack of success.

The goal of this program is not only nutrition education with the college student in mind, but also to help you to achieve your goals for better eating, where it be weight focused, getting the right information or just getting back on track.
We’ll meet in a small group format for 5 weeks. Because this is interactive, there will be a limit of 10 people in this program at this time.
