E. KYLE MINOR, M.F.A.
E. Kyle Minor is an instructor of theater, speech and English. He has previously lectured at Brandeis University, New England College, Norwalk Community College, Naugatuck Community College, Western Connecticut State University, Mercy College, Marist College and Iona College. A playwright, Minor has had his plays produced regionally and in New York, including Werner and Lillian, Fitz and Startz, Ever So Humble, The Gold Coast, Fashionably Late, The Bear (adapted from Chekhov’s one-act play), School For Waiters (adapted from George S. Kaufman’s article) and The Magic of Crime (co-authored with Tom Anastasi). Minor’s SHU theater directing credits include Twelfth Night, The Visit, How I Learned to Drive, The Dining Room and The Laramie Project. He is also a cultural critic whose theater and music reviews have appeared in the New York Times, New Haven Register, Stamford Advocate, Norwalk Hour, Backstage and other publications. A native of Norwalk, Minor earned his B.A. in English & Fine Arts/Theater from St. Michael’s College and his M.F.A. in Playwriting from Brandeis University.Contact info:
