IV.                Blackboard Usage

a.       Information and Calendar Events

                                                               i.      Meet with IT to propose getting newsletter posted on Blackboard

V.                  Report on Dinner Nights

                                                               i.      Keep theme dinners to once a month

                                                             ii.      Normal dinner nights once a month

VI.                Meeting Time

                                                               i.      Meeting time changed to 8:15pm

                                                             ii.      GA’s secure room for future meeting times

                                                            iii.      Email all grad students for meeting times

                                                           iv.      E-Board and GA’s to meet next week

VII.              Graduate Support Group

                                                               i.      GA’s send an email to department chairs regarding Graduate Support Groups

VIII.            Graduate Food Drive

                                                               i.      Drive goes to St. Charles food pantry

                                                             ii.      Each department must contribute to this  

                                                            iii.      Use the donations as an admittance to dinner nights (money, canned food)
