JENNIE-REBECCA FALCETTA, PH.D.
Assistant Professor of English Jennie-Rebecca Falcetta joined the SHU faculty in 2007 after completing a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut, where she was a 2006-2007 Fellow at the University's Humanities Institute.  She teaches Literary Expressions of the Human Journey in the new Common Core program, among other courses.  Dr. Falcetta’s research focuses on word and image studies, particularly within Modernism, although her work has led to conference presentations as far afield as the International Medieval Congress at Kalamazoo.  Her publications include articles on Virginia Woolf, Seamus Heaney, Thomas Malory and Marianne Moore.
