New Advisor Joins UC Team
Ellen Kovar has joined the University College staff as a Recruiter and Admissions Coordinator.  A longtime resident of Fairfield, Ellen is eager to meet the students of University College.  If you are around campus this summer, stop by the UC office, Room 128, and introduce yourself. Ellen can be reached at kovare@sacredheart.edu or 203-396-8073.  Ellen is a collector. Wins Women in Management Scholarship
Ingrid Morante was selected to win the Women in Management Scholarship. The $3,000 scholarship is awarded annually to an adult student who is completing their degree.  Ingrid is a Finance major in the John F. Familiar Faces
We know them as colleagues. They work in Media Studies, Campus Ministry, the Ryan Matura Library, Physical Therapy, and IT.  By day they are Sacred Heart University employees, but by nights and weekends they are some of the brightest students on campus earning the National Honor Society designation for part-time students: Alpha Sigma Lambda. 

This spring, Carol-Ann Dabek, Elizabeth Cross, Rebecca Niemeyer, Patricia DaSilva, and Susan Pelletier, all graduated from University College. These women typify the juggling act that our students manage on a regular basis.  We are proud of their accomplishments and hard work. If you see them around campus be sure to congratulate them on their many accomplishments. They now have a new title....ALUMNI.
