REFUNDS
Funds on the SHUCard account are not available for cash withdrawal.  SHUCash account balances may only be refunded upon graduation or withdrawal from the University in the form of a check issued by the university and mailed to the student's home address (as on file with Sacred Heart University).  Additionally, any outstanding balances due to the University must be paid in full prior to the refund being issued, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

• If you have any outstanding charges with the University your refund will be applied to those charges first.
• All refunds are issued by check and mailed to your home address.
• Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for all refunds.
• There are no exceptions to this policy.
