Supervisor : Night Custodial
Position Responsibilities:
Directs the night housekeeping staff to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions within all University facilities through personal oversight.
Daily Tasks:
Assign and distribute staff for most effective and productive performance; continually examine cleaning methods, and introduce changes as methods improve; continually examine tools, equipment, and materials and make recommendations for improvement and efficiency. Directly supervise all custodial staff in matters of: daily/weekly scheduling; performance appraisal (semi-annual); corrective discipline; motivation and professional development; orientation and training of new employees. Provide “On-Call” Administrative response to after hours emergency or urgent calls for Campus Operations.
Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Campus Operations.
