Position Responsibilities:
Oversees and coordinates all projects including: renovation, remodeling and upgrades within the campus infrastructure.

Daily Tasks:
Monitors the progress of all new and current projects within the University; reports to the Assistant Director of Campus Operations regarding the progress and delivery of completed projects. He will prepare and maintain flow-charts outlining project development, delivery and timing. Collects data and prepares reports for benchmarking; recommends changes with project time-line and specs; identifies issues and provides advice on project progress. Acts as a liaison with faculty and staff to ensure successful project completion. Provide “On-Call” Administrative response to after hours emergency or urgent calls for Campus Operations.

Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Campus Operations.
