Position Responsibilities:
Manages Campus Operations Office functions by performing a variety of management and administrative functions, and assists in the coordination of special projects.
Daily Tasks:
Manages the Kronos Time and Attendance: attendance records; payroll; overtime hours; vacation/sick days; recording all overtime and events “charge-backs”. Works closely with Human Resources to maintain the accuracy of the individual Personal Identification (PID) report, injuries and LOAs; handles documentation for all new hires through the Interview Exchange Program, and also terminations. Updates staff files for accuracy of information: home address, telephone, cell phone, position title, etc. Records gasoline usage for all campus vehicles; controls and issues gas cards for staff use. Maintains staff uniform inventory records; ensures that all office equipment operates properly and that all office supplies are available as needed. Places orders for campus-wide office signs and maintains charge records. Attends all department meetings: takes minutes, transcribes for attendees; answers Operations telephone, takes messages, distributes work requests. Maintains and schedules appointment calendar for Operations Director.
Performs all other duties assigned by Director of Campus Operations.
